Just a reference comparison with "getting spell segment" + some "Jabu segment" for routing stuff, not for current route.
Only with getting spell segment, NL is 13s faster than FW, but you can save 8s with FW in Jabu segment, so actually the difference is 5s (it would be 10s if you use Spirit Jump instead of Spirit Hover)
Also I ignored in this comparison but there should be more few seconds timeloss for FW because you need extra equip + getting magic jar. So the difference would be more big and basically NL is faster unless you use FW for another timesave.
