Kinda tricky but 2 ESS turn one is the fastest setup including instant chu explosion strat. Especially pulling out bomb during backflip is fast but be careful that you need to shield drop bomb and roll at the same time in that case, otherwise the bomb pushes Link and position would change.
Btw for quickspin setup, you can enter to loading zone directly if you hold left during megaflip.

- roll frame for megaflip-
center bomb drop: 3 frame window (second-6th black ~ second-7th red)
instant bomb drop: 4 frame window (first-6th black ~ second-7th red)
