Nasty interlacing artifacts of poorly H.264/AVC compressed video has been repaired as good as possible. Resolution has been gamma-aware upscaled to 720p by keeping the original display aspect ratio, and video sharpened.
Audio stream decompressed. Right channel audio is missing in this encoding by NIST.
The broken audio has been enhanced by shiftig the left audio to the right channel, applying stereo phase shift, and normalizing of volume in Adobe Audition CS5.
