0:05:19 - Crash of UA175 into the South Tower and subsequent jet-fuel explosion at 9:03 a.m. Plane approach not catched. Small smoke puffs at the north side and flame bursts at the west face of WTC 1.

0:16:12 - Zoom on the flowing molten substance at WTC 2 north face, near the northeast corner, between floors 80 and 81.
0:16:55 - Most of the WTC 2 collapse at 9:59 a.m. (perhaps) missed. Only the rising dust plume at WTC Plaza captured.

Nasty interlacing artifacts of poorly H.264/AVC encoded video has been repaired as good as possible. Resolution has been gamma-aware upscaled to 720p by keeping the original display aspect ratio, and video sharpened.
Audio stream decompressed. Right channel audio is missing in this encoding by NIST. Compare this to the full stereo sound in the Cumulus clips derived from an additional mini-DV copy of the 1st original NIST dub.
The broken audio has been enhanced by shiftig the left audio to the right channel, applying stereo phase shift on now "restored" right audio, and normalizing of volume in Adobe Audition CS5.
