0:00:00 - Footage starts at 9:15:52 a.m. (uncertainty: 1 s), according to NIST's "Relative Time from Visual Analysis". A timeline based on seismic signals recorded and analyzed by Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University and were used by NIST in their Cumulus data spreadsheet (MS Access file, obtained by some people through FOIA). This timeline is also included in the "FEMA 403 - WTC Building Performance Study".
Another timeline, mostly appropriated in their WTC reports, is the "Adjusted Time from Television Broadcasts" and is +5 seconds off of the first timeline above. It bases on the screen times of some 9/11 live news broadcasts.
