00:10 - Start of the first part of Robert Bery's video on "CNN NIST Dub #4" tape.
Audio is distorted and video colors are way to dull, likely due to generation quality loss. Video starts after the South Tower (WTC 2) was hit by an aircraft.

05:20 to 05:32 - Frozen picture, but audio is running. Between 05:48 and 06:01 the picture is frozen again.
10:58 - Looks like as if a person is falling down along the center of WTC 1 north face. Saddened reactions from people on the street.
11:31 - Large piece of debris is falling off the WTC 1 east face. Looks like aluminum cladding from a perimeter column.
12:23 - Dripping of molten metal/substance at the WTC 2 north face near its northeast corner, between floors 80th and 81st. This has occured between 9:50 a.m. and the WTC 2 collapse at ~9:58:59 a.m. At 12:59 into the video, another shot of this dripping.
13:04 - WTC 2 collapses. Initiation of the collapse missed or is missing in this video. Camera is jerky. HIGH VOLUME. Recorded from West Broadway and Reade Street.
14:43 - Dust plume reaches finally the videographer's location.
15:18 - Dust settled a bit down. Far view on the still standing and burning WTC 1 and WTC 7 after the WTC 2 destruction.
17:18 - Same or similar siren pattern can be heard in the Jim Huibregtse tape, just before a mass suicidal jumping of people at WTC 1 west face has began at around 10:06 a.m.
17:46 - Engines sound of the F-15 arriving at Manhattan at approx. 10:07 a.m.?
21:24 - An unnamed police officer: ..." the second tower could come down in any minute."
23:38 - Video ends suddenly.

First part of the poor-quality WMV3 encoded video file has been deinterlaced, deblocked, decompressed and encoded again by a lossless video encoder. Resolution has been HQ dither upscaled to 1080p by keeping the as-released display aspect ratio (DAR) of 4:3, and video sharpened. Then video stream lossy compressed again by x.264 (2-pass encoding, average video bit rate of 50 MBit/s) and muxed with audio stream in MP4 container format in MeGUI 2515, before upload on YouTube.
As-released WMA2 audio stream has been decompressed and sent to lossless PCM audio codec/WAV format. Low volume on both channels has been normalized in Adobe Audition CS6. Audio track has been saved again in PCM/WAV. Then losslessly compressed by Apple Lossless Audio Codec (ALAC) in MeGUI 2515, muxed there with video stream in MP4 container format before upload on YouTube.
