On Tuesday 9 April 2024 at 02:00 CEST, Nintendo switched off all services relying on Nintendo Network, i.e. most Wii U and 3DS services and online games via the Internet. With these two consoles having become an important part of our lives, welcome to the third and final part of an all-day livestream event in which we played some of its iconic titles on their official online servers one last time.

This video is outdated, and left for archival purposes. The game has been fixed 24.01.2021, friend rooms now work.
This game is listed as Being Tested on the Wiimmfi website (https://wiimmfi.de/stat?m=24#:~:text=Puyo%20Puyo!!%2020th%20Anniversary / https://wiimmfi.de/game-history/156).
You can get to the WFC menu, the ranking only displays me (likely a bug too?), friend lists may work (I dont know anyone willing to test so I have not tried it), and matchmaking dies after some seconds with error code 85010. So it... kinda works...? :p")
