If you have a Ninja smartlid and love kebabs you need to try this amazing kebab rack. It keeps each kebab separate and means they cook evenly.
I've used a seasoning kit from simply cook to make my kebabs but the great thing is you can use any seasoning/marinade you fancy.

3-4 chicken breasts cut into chunks
2 whole peppers
1 red onion
Marinade or kebab seasoning
For the dressing:
Greek yogurt
Lemon juice
Finely sliced mint
Seasoning
To serve:
finely sliced cucumber
finely slices red onion
Finely chipped mint
kebab or pitta breads
