For the chips:
500g White potatoes
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
For the Koftas:
400g pork mince
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp water
1tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper
1/2 clove garlic grated
To serve:
Salad made from
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped cucumber
Dressing made from 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp sugar, lemon zest, 1/4 lemon juice salt and pepper
Sauce made from
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1/2 Lemon zested
Fresh mint
Salt and pepper
Other:
Flatbreads
Crumbled feta
