Here is the fix you need if you are having this problem too with the NC3xx models (not sure if the nc5xx models use the same part or not), I will list a few links in case one is dead, the part costs $14-17 depending on how fast you want it with same/next day a few dollars more and cheapest takes a couple days to get.
