This beautiful take on a frittata takes the components of an english fry up and combines them into one pot easy to eat on the sofa on a lazy Sunday. We cooked the fry up ingredients in our air fryer as needed but you could easily use this recipe to make use of leftovers.
We used the Ninja Dual Air fryer but you can use any air fryer.
