Any dessert with the word giant in has to be a winner. This cookie is the perfect comfort food, great to whip up as sharing dessert. You can use any air fryer with a bake function for this, we used the Ninja Foodi Max which meant we could get the round giant cookie shape but you could do it in any oven proof dish.
