This video shows you location the Unknown Seed and 2 GM Fertilizers. These items are needed to make Shuanshuan grow a giant plant in Four Seasons Pavilion. You have to give him these items and keep talking to him to see the plant's growth progress. Once you complete this side quest you unlock the "Magical Bean" trophy.
