This video shows you where you can find the 12 Ultimate Plans so you can fully upgrade the Jackdaw. It also shows the locations of the maps related to some buried Ultimate Plans. Once you have all 12 Ultimate Plans, including money and resources, you can upgrade the Jackdaw at 100% and you unlock the "Ship This" trophy!
