A noise comparison between the Nikon Z6 III and Nikon Zf for N-Log video. N-Log ISO 800, 5000, 6400, and 25,600 are compared. For each increase in ISO the exposure was adjusted via the shutter speed.
Both cameras were shot with the same Nikon Z 24-70 f/4 S lens @ f/8. WB was set via a white card. Exposure placed highlights just below N-Log clipping, with 18% grey card exposed to near 36% in N-Log, lit via LED lighting. Processed in Davinci Resolve with only a CST and sharpening applied - no exposures adjustments were performed. Shot 4K @ 30fps, processed on 4K timeline and rendered to HD.
