I share my thoughts on using the Nikon Z 2x Teleconverter paired with the Nikon Z 400mm f/2.8 TC for photographing birds and wildlife. I share example photos of using the external 2x TC without the built in 1.4x TC for 800mm @ f/5.6 and I share examples with both the external and internal TC engaged for a total of 1,120mm @ f/8.
