So I had a little bit of trouble popping this one. Even on runs where I didn't miss my shot, the trophy would not pop. It was only when I had managed to hit the boss at each cannon he idles at, even the ones where he tries to fake you out by quickly disappearing and reappearing elsewhere, you need to hit him. So I just followed him closely and shot the cannon right when he would stop moving near it. Simple and effective!
