The first 2023 addition to the Night series takes you to a long abandoned art gallery, in a decrepit building with rain leaking in but mysteriously much of the artwork is still on the walls. As you walk through, ghostly whispers talk to you in the storm.
Process Notes:
I created the track in Bitwig, with about 40 modulators to give the track a constantly shifting feel. I made heavy use of Pigments for this track, with the addition of rain, wind, and building creaking samples.
I based the museum on an image I generated using Midjourney, to which I added lighning, flickering lights, the Artifonica logo on one of the paintings, rain coming in from two different places, and a puddle with ripples on the floor.
