Quiet the Noise was written as part of a community challenge to make ethereal ambient - but with a track length under 12 minutes!
Normally these tracks go for about an hour to allow each element to change and move slowly over time, giving each moment its own time in the spotlight.
I tried to capture the spirit of the genre, within the time constraints set.
The name came to me while I was making it as it helped me drown out the noisy outside world, and gave me some much needed moments of calm!
