VERY LONG EXPLANATION: ok so in the first part, the flashes of the video camera are basically how people see her story. a perfectly happy girl slowly becomes more violent, escalating into her killing her dad and running away to kill even more people. the second part is what actually happens. she WAS a happy kid, but her dad s/a’d her (shown by the suddenly short skirt and the red between her legs). she goes into school, where she is once again harassed by the boys (shown by the red square behind her, meaning that boys were touching her there) and she defends herself. she then kills her dad, sick of being s/a’d, but still feels bad because it was her dad. she then goes on to kill any and all child s/aers that she sees, shown by her killing the person that was s/aing the little girl at the end :D
