This video is kinda my last parting to an old relationship. I was wrecked about it at the time- for months afterwards, even. But I did send a message to them again a while ago, just as a yell into the void to say goodbye- and they RESPONDED. We had a good talk and I was sad when they had to leave, but we offered to talk again later. I haven’t taken them up on that. Honestly, after all I went through? I don’t think they were worth it. I cared about them so much, but they didn’t care enough to even say goodbye before ditching me.
If they can’t care enough to even do that, I shouldn’t care enough to mourn what I lost. I valued what we had, I valued us as friends and I valued us as partners, and if they couldn’t see that, then screw them.
Goodbye, and I hope that both of us can go on to live better futures apart from each other.
