This is my VLOG from an all vegan hotel in Nicaragua. Apoyo Lodge is an absolute amazing place to visit. Its on the shore of an inactive volcano that is now a Lagoon. Laguna de Apoyo is a magical place.
Apoyo Lodge serves home cooked vegan food all day. Twice a day there are yoga classes and a three course vegan dinner is served around a table with all the guests so you can socialize with everyone.
