This is the Niagara SkyWheel which was built by Chance Morgan Rides and designed by Ronald Bussink Professional. It's a 175 foot tall observation wheel that's built on Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls in the Canadian province of Ontario and It opened in 2006. The wheel contains 42 climate controlled gondolas and a two way communication device as well as buttons to mute the music and turn on and off the interior lighting.
