Some games on the channel I'm not familiar with before I do the review for them, but then other games, like NHL 94...well, I'd have to turn in my Sega fan credentials if I didn't know NHL 94. The NHL Hockey series, almost as much as the John Madden Football series, redefined sports games in the mid 90s, and one of the best examples of the series was NHL 94, which is notable for being the first game in the series to feature both NHL and NHLPA licensing.
Just how good is the game? Is it a 5 star game amongst the very best on the console? Or is it merely just very, very good. Take a look!
