A Showcase Of A Mod I was working on. This Mod Literally Converts The PCPD into Vice City PD While Replicating its Wanted system. (without the jets and tanks and 80s crown vics of course & adding Shaw, Mercer & Toress) I even Changed all of the hud colors to match GTA Vice City's Vibe.

There are green and blue varients of vice city patrol cars.
1-2 stars arent anything
3-5 stars things heat up
6 stars sends everyone with maximum amount of roadblocks with multiple helicopters. (In Vice City, Ive seen 3)
