Heat level 1 on some steroids. Not only does it have plenty of reinforcements. Cop cars are heavier and given more health. Light Suv Rhinos spawn and pretty often (I could have put heavy but chose to put them in the higher heat levels). Improved box in formations and of course, added cross and made him useful. In the cutscenes he had those civic cruisers behind him so why not add him in heat 1 to spice it up. The cops in the vanilla in the low heat levels are too easy. So I changed that!
