NFL Sports Talk Football '93 is the sequel to a game that I personally loved and rated very highly in Joe Montana Football II: Sports Talk Football, a game that was far beyond any other football game on the console at the time. As great as the John Madden Football series is, the dirty little secret about those first few games is that they were actually somewhat simple titles, no licensing, and only playoff ladders, with no full season play.

Joe Montana Football II already had established full season play, and now NFL Sports Talk Football 93 added NFL licensing, but what else did Sega add to the mix to improve the game? And was it enough? Take a look!
