NFC or Near Field Communication is a new technology embedded into the latest smartphones that allows users to scan NFC Tags, link with information, share content with others and pay for goods and services via their mobiles.

NFC offers similar levels of security as Chip and Pin card technology and is destined to offer mobile users an easy way to share information and pay for items in the near future.
