Dezell Turner is designing what he calls a “Google Maps” for space—an augmented reality tool that helps users plan out routes to get from Earth to the moon. Turner, a graduate student in the Ann and H.J. Smead Aerospace Engineering Sciences, borrows some inspiration from his favorite sci-fi films.
