These are Next Level!
Potato croquettes are nice but we thought we’d take ours to the next level by packing them with cheesy mashed potato and a speckle of fresh thyme. They are a great way to use up extra mashed potato however in this video we’ve made them from scratch.
We’ve used the Ninja 15 in 1 smartlid and Ninja Dual air fryer but you can easily make your mash on a stove top and then make the croquettes in our air fryer.
