Soup season is upon us and were here for it. In this video we show you how to make a delicious carrot and coriander soup complete with crispy carrot skin topping.

We've used the Ninja 2 in 1 Blender and Soup maker but you can use any soup maker or even cook in a pan and blend at the end.
