Note that this video goes very fast, so I highly recommend pausing the video to be able to keep up with reading and understanding. Following the exact steps is pretty crucial to keeping your subpixels correct, so pay close attention to what is written.

When you fall in the hole, make sure Link respawns in a position where he can run to the left without bumping into the Magnet Block. Jump over the gap and line up your X-position (you can do this with or without having Pegasus Seeds active). You can be 1 or 2 pixels further left than in the video and the setup will still work.
Now wait for the Seed to run out and line up your Y-position exactly as in the video. Drop a bomb and walk 4 or 5 pixels right. If you use the Bomb as your visual cue, that will work irrespective of your exact X-position.
On the 4th red flash or on one of the 3 frames after, use Seeds and do a neutral jump. Immediately after jumping, hold down-left to clip into the wall.
