In this New Year, Old Magic collaboration, I’m finally bringing some long-unseen vintage dolls out of their boxes and onto the stage.

Today I’m working with three Gene Marshall dolls — inspired by Old Hollywood glamour — and redressing them in classic fashions that tell different moments of Gene’s story. This is adult dolly play at its best: slowing down, transforming what you already own, and letting beautiful dolls simply be enjoyed.
