Tower 28 launched three new shades of their OneLiner Lip Liners!
Description: A creamy, high-pigment, non-drying matte liner for lips, eyes, and cheeks to create infinite looks.
The Tower 28 OneLiners are one of my favorite lip liners of all time. The OG shade work of art is a tiny little stub in my makeup drawer and I already have a backup, so needless to say, I was STOKED when they launched three new shades.
These are just $15 and I’m always pleasantly surprised by Tower 28’s price point.
The formula has a great creaminess to it that allows the pencil to glide on like a dream, but there’s still grip to it so it doesn’t slide around or fade quickly. That said, if you want a budge-proof liner that sets down, this is not for you.
I can’t get enough of these and I love the new shades, I can’t even pick a favorite anymore. Work of Art, Check Me Out, and Paint My Number are all staples in my regular routine.
