The new ownership group of Providence Place mall didn’t announce a Costco or new supermarket on Thursday, but instead shared its local ties to the property and its optimism for the future of the property.

Built as a special announcement, the event was light on details for the immediate future while being heavy on hope.

The ownership group includes a partnership between Paolino Properties, Pyramid Management Group and DW Partners.
