In Legends: Z-A, you will be tasked with exploring the untamed landscapes of Unova's ancient past, filled with rugged environments, dense forests, and mysterious, uncharted territories. Your mission? To catch, study, and document Pokémon in the region’s first Pokédex—just as the foundations of the Pokémon world are being established. With a heavy focus on research, exploration, and discovery, the game will push you to engage in wild encounters in a world where Pokémon and humans have yet to form the deep bonds we see in later generations. The myth of Zygarde, the guardian of balance in the Pokémon world, will be central to the storyline, with Zygarde appearing as a mysterious, almost mythical entity that plays a major role in shaping the future of Unova.
