Here's Episode 3 of our new home building process. Not much has changed since last time, except they do have the utilities marked on the lot, which is encouraging and probably means that the excavation may not be too far in the future. One can hope.
This is a whole new process for us, since we've never built a home before. It's exciting and a bit scary at the same time.
