SHOOTING IN THE DARK -- CREATING LOW LIGHT VIDEOS We all have situations where we lose the light and can't capture a decent image. In those situations, a small investment in a fast lens can solve the problem in short order.
This video contains a brief review (of sorts) of one of my favorite lenses for low light applications. I'm talking about the Canon 50mm f1.8 lens
This lens is a great choice for several results: when you need as much light as possible, when you're trying to achieve a shallow depth of field, or you want to add a soft background.
