The GMC Hummer EV is GMC's own sub-brand as well as an upcoming off-road luxury electric car. A live stream was used to unveil the Hummer EV range in October 2020. A pickup truck (SUT) and a verified Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) were presented on April 3rd, 2021, under the Hummer EV sub-brand.

The Hummer EV will be built in Michigan at GM's Detroit/Hamtramck Assembly factory. The availability of the product is planned to commence in the fall of 2021. The corporation just made a $2.2 billion investment in a factory that will produce these electric automobiles.
