Hi YouTubers, today (Wednesday 18th April, 2014) Apple has announced on their website an entry level spec iMac. For £899 you get an Intel dual-core i5 running at 1.4 Ghz (Turbo Boost up to 2.7Ghz), 8GB of 1600Mhz DDR3 RAM, 500GB Hard Drive, & Intel HD Graphics 5000.

Could this be a cheaper entry model for customers to get into using Apple computers, or is this a replacement for the Mac Mini which is long overdue an update to Haswell processors?

Also there is a price reduction of the Apple TV to £79 from £99.
This raises more questions...
Is Apple trying to move a backload of stock to make way for a newer soon to be released Apple TV? Could we see an Apple TV with 4K (UHD) capabilities or a highly rumoured Apple TV television?
