Of all the days I would be in New Jersey, why did it have to be a cloudy day with a gale warning?
Nevertheless, needed to see the Jersey City light rail crossings where there was a few developments. One of the mechanical bells here died and a WCH electronic bell was in its place. The other bell also seems pretty weak at times so it may not be too far behind.
