Hausa Koko is a famous Ghanaian / West African breakfast porridge made from spiced, slightly fermented millet. It’s usually enjoyed hot with sugar and milk, and served with koose (beans fritters), bofrot (doughnuts) or bread. In this video I’m focusing on prepping the dough (wet millet base) so the actual cooking in the morning is super quick.
