Chicken Drumsticks
**For the Brine**
1 tbsp Salt
Garlic
Ginger
Onions
Green Chillies
Spring onions
Rosemary
Cardamon

**For the Batter**
1 Cup AP Flour
1 Cup Corn Flour/Starch
1 tbsp Ginger powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp Chicken Seasoning
1 tsp Salt or tt
Oil to Fry
