Tim McCormack, Professor of International Law at the UTAS Law School and former Special Adviser on War Crimes to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, delivers a presentation on the genocide in Gaza.
Having completed a PhD on the Scope of the Right of Anticipatory Self-Defence, using the 1982 Israeli Bombing of the Iraqi Nuclear Reactor as his principal case study, he has extensive expertise in this area. Additionally, from 2011 to 2013, he served as an international observer on the Government of Israel's Turkel Commission of Inquiry into Israel's Mechanisms for Investigating Alleged War Crimes.
