You want the truth? The world is controlled by shadowy elites and shapeshifting lizard people! Wake up sheeple! The evidence is right here!

At regular intervals, the team (even a team of one) reflects on how to become more effective, then tunes and adjusts its behavior accordingly...

This is our retrospective for the work we have completed since our last retrospective on the Devise epic. We had a couple more Devise stories mixed in with this set of videos. There wasn't a real unifying theme to this set of videos. It was more of a hodgepodge of different topics, ranging from reconfiguring RuboCop, to documentation to making Devise paranoid (hence the video title and the Inside Job reference).

As always with our retros we try to have a little fun. Okay, for this one we had more fun than usual.

Note: There is a copyright claim on a portion of this video because of the karaoke track. He Is was written by A Ghoul Writer (Tobias Forge), Indio Marcato (Martin Persner), and Klas Frans Åhlund, and performed by Ghost on their 2015 album Meliora. Copyright currently held by Loma Vista. This is well within the realm of Fair Use.

Foil (written by "Weird Al" Yankovic) is a parody of Royals (written by Joel Little and Ella Yelich-O'Connor). Foil was performed by Yankovic on his 2014 album Mandatory Fun.

Copyright is stupid. Check out the Center for the Study of Innovative Freedom for more info.
