Stateless Code | NerdDice.com Retrospective 2 - User Authentication with Devise @StatelessCode | Uploaded December 2022 | Updated October 2024, 8 hours ago.
Are you on the square? Are you on the level? Are you ready to reflect on our work and do a retro?
At regular intervals, the team (even a team of one) reflects on how to become more effective, then tunes and adjusts its behavior accordingly...
This is our second retro for the NerdDice.com project. Since our last retro, we upgraded our Rails version and implemented user authentication for our application with Devise. The retro covers 18 videos, which is more than we typically like to go between retros.
We review the functionality at a very high level, take a look at our open action items and then reflect on what went well, what can be improved, and any new action items we want to implement for the sake of continuous improvement.
As always with our retros we try to have a little fun. Remove the Stone of Shame and attach the Stone of Triumph!
