They say there are still risks and they will continue to monitor the situation. Chinese state media says rescuers have reached the epicentre of the mudslide in Tibet. There's still no account for about a thousand people. In Nepal, the death toll has risen to almost 540 while China says five people have died on its side. Operations continue to find survivors from a tunnel at a hydropower project in Rasuwa. Beijing has offered assistance on rescue efforts.
