Flash floods along the Nepal-Tibet border on Wednesday (Aug 26) have killed at least 160 people, wiped out entire villages, and left hundreds missing, including over 100 Indian nationals. India's embassy in Nepal is coordinating rescue efforts with Nepali disaster response teams, police, and army, though disrupted communication lines and routes are hampering search operations.
