Here's a vocal cover of Neko Hacker's "Kuishinbo Hacker" feat. Kuishinbo Aka-chan, with original translated lyrics!
And even more wishes of just wanting to eat parfait...!?

I did this for Neko Hacker's 3rd anniversary since their debut. (Congratulations to you two!)
I was debating doing this right after HSH, since this one is a much more hyper song than before.
However! I did it! Because I felt like I had to! #PaheTabetai # #WannaEatParfait

I figured that Pahe-Tabetai is an essential sort of joke for Neko Hacker fans! And if their mission is to spread Japanese music to the world, I feel like this world should be able to comprehend it all...!
I wasn't sure if I could do justice to the line by translating it, but I hope I managed to establish communication between the Kuishinbo World and the Outside World!!
So many of the lines involving food kind of made me hungry too just looking at it. (Note: I have never eaten a parfait. But that's why I want to eat one!)
Actually, a lot of this translation was rough. The song is such a drastic vibe change from my previous cover.
There were a lot of funny rhymes and wordplay that had to fit in with the change of language. So I did my best to explain it in the link below.
I went and pulled out the ori voice again. I said once that this voice doesn't work well with speaking parts, but I had to try to make it work.
I'll be honest, it still feels weird hearing my voice being mixed like this. I felt very strange as I recorded the speech lines with this kind of character.
I think you can hear the very scuffed vocal mixing that makes it so obvious that I'm using a voice changer; I ended up doing several retakes for single words too.
But it was worth it! I think! Again, I barely listened to the song after mixing and rendering it, despite me thinking... "this isn't that bad!"

The peak of this work was done around last month. Neko Hacker had announced so many cool things over the time I was working on this. That's why I decided to make something extra special!!
I was originally working on a different cover alongside this one, but that other one was kind of stopped by school. So I decided to focus on this one before the date hits.
I fully sketched this jacket first but only finished it two weeks ago. It was super simple, but I did have fun making it!
Also, since this song has so much character, I decided to make the video just a little bit more special than my previous covers.
And by that, I just mean putting the tiny ori during speech parts as well instead of just in solos like I wanted to for other covers... soon!
I feel like the longer I continue, the more polished and professional these will be. But for now, I just wanted to release something "simple" in celebration of a duo that left a good mark in my music taste during this decade.
