Hy There,
In this video i will upgrade my neje 3 max with some super addons.
First of all is precize metal Z axis lifting device, wich make focus settings much easier and more precize, then i add a belt tensioner wich allow us to set entire machine to work more priceze because belt isn't too loosen or overtight.
i try to mount also metal airassist noozle, and realize i got much better cutting result with using manual air assist tube.
As last i upgrade my A40640 laser modul with adittional hetsink and fan so entire modul are cooler and allow us to use that modul on 100% laser power also in longterm use.

Workbench come out really nocely, heavy, solid and strong, more than i think it will be, also tool cariage and vice are awesome.
Unior hand tools really got amazing products, the only cons of that brand is that price is a bit high for home use, but afterall its a professional tool.

In this video ill show you my new Neje engraver, its NEJE max 4 with E80 laser modul.
This latest NEJE product is really amazing, neje max 4 itself offer us many upgrades from neje 3 max, like better stronger frame, bigger accuracy, motorized Z axis, and much more...
About E80 laser modul i got only one word to say: Monster.
Neje max 4 i test in this video is one of first versions, new version already has some improvement like:
-X and Y cable chains included
-pen holder for drawing is longer
-E80 has new air assist nozzle, wich is shorter so you can use bigger z step per pas value without worried that lens hit the wood.

Into video about how to make rc cylinder i got lot of question when the video about valve will come, and finally its here.
Valve is much easier to make like cylinder, and really all we need is a minilathe and some tools.
i make this valve preatty big, so i can easily show you, but that valve is easy to make in 20mm diameter or eaven smaller.
To mount servomotor on that valve use some imagination, it shouldnt be hard, or wait until i make some hydraulic project and make it :)
material i used:
-30mm aluminium round rod
-20mm bras round rod
-4mm hex brass bar
-5x7mm or 5x9mm o-ring
-seal paste (i use loctite 518)

Hy There,
In this video ill make a special screw (oil cap) for tractor rotary mower.
The screw was lost and than all the oil leak out and the main shaft come out also, so there was a bit of demage because the drums of mower crash together with a knife.
I need about two hours of work on a lathe and mill to make this screw.
